If your pet is a patient of Operation: SNIP, a current proof of a negative heartworm test within the past year is required to purchase heartworm prevention.  If your pet is not a current patient of Operation: SNIP, please bring him/her by for a heartworm test during WellCare clinic hours or bring proof of a negative heartworm test (within the past year) into our clinic.
